Flowol 3Flowol 3 looks and feels very similar to the highly successful Flowol 2. Flowol 3 controls the next generation of mimics which takes the idea of control simulation to new heights.
The 'F3D' mimics are fully animated 3D images controlled by the flowchart. Flowol 3 pack includes not only the Zebra Crossing, Bridge Lights and Lighthouse mimics but also new F3D mimics of a fairground Big Wheel and a Cot Mobile.

The secondary mimics are more complex that the primary mimics. They include more feedback, introducing switches to limit movement, analogue sensor input values and variables used as counters.

Flowol Mimic Creator
Create your own mimics. This activity enables pupils to achieve high ICT skill levels. It combines design, graphic manipulation and transfer of files between several applications. Take a digital photo, scanned drawing or computer generated graphics. Use software such as Paint Shop Pro to create the hotspots. Use Mimic Creator program to position and define the functions. Mimic Creator is available for PC Windows only. |
